Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and security-conscious Website Developer with 2–3 years of experience in web development and a strong understanding of industry-standard security practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing websites and web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and robust protection against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy secure websites and web applications using modern frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).

2. Ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10 security standards during development.

3. Implement secure authentication, session management, and access controls.

4. Integrate and maintain SSL certificates, HTTPS enforcement, and other encryption protocols.

5. Perform regular code reviews and vulnerability assessments.

6. Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to apply security patches, harden servers, and manage firewalls (WAF, reverse proxies).

7. Develop and maintain secure APIs and handle third-party integrations with care.

8. Maintain data protection measures in line with GDPR, ISO 27001, or equivalent standards.

9. Monitor and log web activity for suspicious behavior using tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, or Web Security Scanners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

2. 2–3 years of experience  in website or web application development.

3. Strong grasp of web application security concepts.

4. Proficient in one or more development stacks (LAMP, MERN, MEAN, etc.).

5. Hands-on with HTTPS, CORS, CSP, and security headers.

6. Familiar with SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and their mitigations.

7. Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment.

8. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) security features is a plus.

Job Title:  Networking Engineer

Location:- Pulses Technology (R.K.Nagar ,Kolhapur )

Experience: Freshers 

Job Description:

1. Perform basic installation and configuration of routers and switches.

2. Handle crimping and termination of network cables (RJ-45, etc.).

3. Execute LAN cabling Wiring  and basic network layout planning.

4. Provide basic support for CCTV installation and setup of CCTV systems.

5. Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and physical setup.

6. Monitor and resolve basic connectivity and IP configuration issues.

7. Collaborate with senior engineers for network upgrades and repairs.

8. Ensure timely support and coordination for internal IT requests.

• Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
